Agragami India (‘Agragami’) is an autonomous, private, voluntary, non-profit organization formed in 2001 by a group of development professionals with a common vision — improving the quality of life of vulnerable families..

Agragami’s mission is to bring about sustainable change in the quality of life of the underprivileged, through inputs that will contribute to improved nutrition, sanitation, health, education and livelihoods. Agragami’s work encompasses a mix of community-based interventions, capacity building, and technical support for programs.

The organization focuses on Bihar and Delhi NCR. Its registered office is in New Delhi.

Agragami was registered on 19 February 2002 under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. It has Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) registration and income tax-exempt status under Sections 12A and 80G of the Income-Tax Act 1961.
